• Discover effective strategies for managing stress
• Build valuable social networks

Programme Highlights:
• Duration: 12 weeks, with one 3-hour session per week
• Dates and location: Starts Wednesday 23rd April 10am-1pm at Newington Library
• Cost: Completely free!

Past attendees have shared how much they valued the programme, with one participant saying, "I have looked forward to it every week and it has helped me enormously to feel better about myself." Another attendee mentioned, "It has helped me develop the skills to notice when things aren't feeling okay, and what to do to get better."
